About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bd546 platform, accessible at bd546.org. The platform is operated by bd546 and provides online gaming services including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and related entertainment products to eligible players. By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing a wager, you enter into a binding agreement with bd546 on the basis of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the bd546 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bd546. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. bd546 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this document.

Eligibility

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. bd546 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering and using the Account in your own name.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform by bd546, or have an Account that has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and bd546 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation. The following obligations apply to all Account holders.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Any change to your registered details must be updated promptly via the account settings.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bd546 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify bd546 immediately via the support email if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• bd546 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or in connection with bonus claims. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• bd546 accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or otherwise assigned to any third party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bd546 supports deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer and card payments. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to the player's Account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt. bd546 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions.
• bd546 does not charge processing fees on standard Bangladeshi payment method withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside bd546's control.
• bd546 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending satisfactory completion of an identity or payment verification check.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bd546 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

bd546 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in the specific promotion notice and to the general bonus terms set out below. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the corresponding promotion details.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games expressly included in the promotion terms. Use of Bonus Funds on excluded games may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate Account registrations made to claim a bonus multiple times will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• bd546 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus that a player has already met the full wagering requirement for.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement and game-restriction terms as Bonus Funds unless the promotion notice expressly states otherwise.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place wagers or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. bd546 applies anti-money-laundering controls and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Account credentials or otherwise allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, or registering an Account using false identity information or a third party's personal details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio and video material — is the property of bd546 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bd546. The bd546 brand name, logo and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of bd546 and may not be used in any context without explicit written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd546 limits its liability as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• bd546 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, network outage or third-party service interruption.
• bd546 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or circumstances beyond bd546's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bd546 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose or the accuracy of odds, scores or statistics displayed on the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

bd546 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all eligible players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Account holders free of charge and accessible directly from the account settings menu at any time.

Termination and Account Closure

bd546 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment terms.
• bd546 is required to close the Account to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• You request voluntary Account closure. In this case, any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

bd546 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd546 will provide notice via a Platform notification or email to your registered address. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bd546 relating to your Account, a transaction or these Terms, you should contact the bd546 support team in the first instance. bd546 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process. bd546 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific court as a default term; jurisdiction will be determined by applicable law in each case.
